Elizabeth Cannon
Beth is a Senior Paralegal at J. Aponte & Associates LLC and has been working in business immigration law since 2003. From 2003 to 2018, and since joining our firm in 2019, Beth has worked on a variety of employment-based immigration petitions. This includes reviewing highly complex immigration matters for Executives and Managers in preparing L-1 petitions and EB-1 (Multinational Manager/Executive) petitions for permanent residence sponsorship. Beth also leads our team in the J-1 exchange visitor visa application process for Trainees and Interns. In her day-to-day work, Beth communicates directly with clients and provides them with detailed information on immigration processes. She is an integral part of the team in preparing H-1B, TN, L-1A/L-1B, E-2/E-3, J-1, B-1/B-2, F-1, O-1, EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 petitions and PERM applications. With her extensive experience in business immigration law and excellent attention to detail, Beth is focused on promoting the letter of the law and providing clients with quality work.
