Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Ms. Aponte’s dedication to her legal profession is deeply personal and stems from her own experiences as an immigrant from Venezuela. At the age of three, she moved to the United States, where her father worked as a research scholar at Yale University, and she became a naturalized citizen at the age of 17. Throughout her legal career, Ms. Aponte has found great reward in helping thousands of immigrants from various cultures and countries achieve temporary or permanent residence in the United States and takes pride in the emotional impact of her work.
For more than three decades, Ms. Aponte has exhibited her passion for and excellence in law, establishing herself as a respected figure in the field of immigration law.
