Monica Crespo
Monica serves as a Paralegal at J. Aponte & Associates, LLC since 2016. Monica has gained extensive experience in assisting attorneys with the preparation and filing of various petitions and applications including, TN, H-1B, L-1, E-2/E-3, and EB-2 and EB-3 Immigrant petitions, PERM applications, Adjustment of Status, EAD and Advance Parole applications, and nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications filed with US Department of State. Monica is integral to the team and provides detailed support to clients on processes and applications. Prior to joining our team, Monica gained 20 years of experience as a court reporter and office manager for a court reporting services firm.
